Welcome to the 2011-2012 Season!
Welcome back dancers! We would also like to extend a warm welcome to all of our new students this fall. We are very excited for this year's season! All students will now have a folder in the file box by the front desk. Please be sure to check this folder each time you come to class to be sure you do not miss out on any important information or events. Everyone should have also signed a new Studio Policies sheet for this year. If you have chosen to pay your tuition through our auto-pay system, your form must be submitted to the office no later than Saturday, September 3rd. Keep in mind that all auto-pay participants are required to fill out a new form at the beginning of each year. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the front desk.
Fall Festival
We will have our second annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at the Sycamore studio. Please help support our company dancers! Tickets will be available from our company dancers and in the main office. VIP tickets are $10 and General Admission will be $7. General Admission includes: cotton candy, popcorn, 1 dance class, dance performance, trick or treat and dance games. VIP admission includes all of the above plus: 2 dance classes, preschool music lesson, arts and crafts activity, face painting and admission to our haunted house. Adult tickets will be $5 and include a Pilates class, 5-10 minute neck and shoulder massage, nail designs, 10 minute up do's and dance performance. A schedule of events will be handed out in the beginning of October.

 

Winter Performance
This year's winter performance will be "A Very Grinchy Christmas." We will be performing at the Sycamore High School on Saturday, December 17th any 12:00 noon. Rehearsals and pictures will be Monday, December 12th-Thursday, December 15th. Students will not have rehearsal every day. Costumes will be provided by the school for this performance. Costume rental fees are due by Saturday, October 15th. The rental forms will be in your child's folder by October 1st. If you do not wish your child to participate in this performance you must notify the office no later than Saturday , September 17th. Tickets will go on sale to parents on November 1, 2011. Pre-sale tickets are $15 for adults, and $10 for children. Tickets at the door are $17 for adults and $12 for children.

Labor Day
There will be no classes Monday, September 5th due to the Labor Day holiday. Please check your child's folder for information on make-up classes for this day.

Bring A Friend Week
Our first bring a friend week will be be October 3rd-October 8th. Students may bring a friend anytime throughout the week to try a free class. Be sure to watch your folders for more information on this upcoming event!
