Stott Pilates uses 5 basic principles to ensure clients get the most effective training. This method is a contemporary approach to the original classical method of Pilates. It has been researched by physical therapists, sports medicine specialists and fitness professionals to improve and refine the exercises.

Pilates is a safe and effective exercise for everyone! It improves posture, body awareness, and overall quality of movement in the body. A workout plan can be designed according to each individual. Pilates is very light on the joints with low impact. It will not only strengthen muscles that we generally do not use, but it will also lengthen them!
